Lil Wayne was born on September 27,1982, in New Orleans, Louisiana. When he first started rapping he was in this group called Hot Boys. Hot Boys was an American Rap Group associated with Cash Money Records. Lil Wayne's first album was call Tha Block is Hot, it was released in 1999. Tha block is Hot was a huge hit. His 2nd album was released in the 2000's, it was called Lights Out, followed by 500 Degreez in 2002.
